Delete your account

In the game (fastest)

  1. Open Options, then More, then Online.
  2. In Your account, type DELETE in the box (and the parent PIN, if one is set).
  3. Press Delete my account. It happens straight away.

By email

Can't open the game? Email support@worldsapartpt.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your friend code (shown at the top of Friends & Chat). We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your online profile and player name, friend code, friends list, chat messages, mail and gifts, leaderboard scores, online-arena defender and rating, and cloud saves on our server. Server backups roll over within 14 days.

What is kept

Game saves on your own device stay (you can delete them by removing the game). Bug reports you sent may be kept without your account so the problem can be fixed.
